Hässelby-Vällingby has a well-developed network of pedestrian and cycling paths that connect the districts with the regional cycling corridor towards the city center.

The major cycling corridor from Hässelby maintains a high standard and is heavily used by both commuters and recreational cyclists via Västerort towards Alvik and beyond.

New pedestrian and cycling paths have been built along the stretch between Krossgatan and Bergslagsgatan for safer cycling. There are established routes and passages through local areas such as Melonparken and Hundängen in Hässelby strand.
